Data Retention

Enquiry and quote data is kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless an active client relationship continues. Appointment records and colour formulas are retained for 36 months after the last visit to support consistent future services. Invoices and related correspondence are retained for the period required by Dutch commercial and tax law (typically 7 years). Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent plus a short audit period. Technical logs may be retained for up to 12 months for security purposes.

Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only as needed with:

• Hosting, email and form processing providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR agreements
• Payment service providers for card and bank transactions
• Professional product suppliers where colour patch tests or allergy records must be retained (limited to necessary health-related notes only)
• Professional advisors (accountant, legal counsel) where necessary
• Public authorities when legally obliged

We do not sell personal data. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Where tools or hosts process data outside the European Economic Area, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplementary measures where required, or rely on an adequacy decision. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, including access controls on studio systems, encrypted transmission where available, staff confidentiality training and limited access to client colour records.
